About My Professional Trajectory

I am a senior professional with over 18 years of international experience in research, content creation, graphic design, and organic brand development, fluent in English, Catalan, and Spanish. With a degree in Journalism, Advertising, and Public Relations, I have built a career focused on designing and implementing strategic marketing and communication plans for businesses operating in competitive and diverse markets. Expert in research work of secondary sources for the creation of documents and content. Thanks to this research, it is possible to create content in different formats both for dissemination in the media and for the Internet. Depending on the communication needs, this content is suitable for social networks, web, blog, articles, reports, visual content with graphic design, among others.

Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Digital Communication at Topalli Logística (Topalli Mudazas). Topalli Mudanzas is a family-owned business led by my husband, Leonard Topalli. While I take great pride in my current position, I am actively seeking a new leadership role that will allow me to expand my professional horizons and make a broader impact within the corporate sector. I am eager to bring my skills in marketing, strategic thinking, and team management to a dynamic company where I can contribute to its growth and success.

I lead the comprehensive development of marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. My role includes conducting in-depth market and competitor analysis, defining and strengthening brand identity, and overseeing all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, website development, and content creation for WordPress platform. I also manage the company’s social media presence, design targeted advertising campaigns, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all communication channels. By monitoring key performance indicators and analysing data insights, I continuously refine strategies to maximise engagement and return on investment.

Previously, as an independent consultant across Spain, Australia, and the UK, I successfully delivered tailored digital strategies, managed high-impact advertising campaigns on platforms such as YouTube, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, and optimised digital content across leading travel platforms including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, VRBO, and Airbnb — achieving significant improvements in visibility and conversion rates.
