  • Website development: Designed and built the official website of Villa Kevin House, integrating a booking engine, SEO optimization, WhatsApp contact button, and embedded social media channels.
  • Online presence: Created and optimized listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com.
  • Legal and administrative setup: Managed the tourist license application through the Ventanilla Única Empresarial.
  • Pricing strategy: Developed a dynamic pricing model to optimize revenue and occupancy.
  • Visual and interior design: Designed the outdoor advertising banner and selected all interior textiles (bedding, towels) and kitchen equipment to maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic.
  • Guest experience: Wrote the house rules and standardized communication templates for guest messaging.
  • Digital ecosystem: Configured Google My Business and created the official profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
